Translate to user-defined language

Hi all,

Here is my patch to translate messages into user's language defined in the LANG environment variable.

For example, if you need to translate tweets from Twitter, posts from Facebook or any messages into Korean, run gwibber as follows.

$ LANG=ko_KR.utf8 gwibber

gwibber now translate the user to the user package ?

Thank you for the patch, but Google has since closed access to their translation API, so we cannot implement this in a reasonable way.
