Bug Description

Binary package hint: yelp

Using today's iso image for some qa testing. Ubuntu Desktop 10.10, i386, 26 September, 2010 image

When I started the help program (Desktop Menu --> System --> About Ubuntu), I expected the help system to contain human readable menus and menu list items

Instead, the help browser that opens contains unreadable characters in all of the menus across the top bar, and inside some, but not all, of the menu list items.
