Please sync manpages-de 0.6-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The GPL-3 is now included upstream. The spelling fix to debian/copyright
is actually wrong in Ubuntu, as there are indeed *several* BSD licenses.
Therefore, the Debian wording is correct. However, the copyright file
has been rewritten a bit, so that the deprecated link to the BSD license
file on Debian systems has been removed.

Please consider syncing this package.
