[Maverick] Flash stopped using pulseaudio

Binary package hint: flashplugin-nonfree

Sometime in the last week Flash (on 64bit via nspluginwrapper) has stopped using Pulseaudio and hence doesn't work if anything is playing:

$ ps -eaf|grep nsplug

In my .xsession-errors I see the following (although don't know if it's related - but it smells like it!)

ALSA lib ../../src/conf.c:3288:(snd_config_hooks_call) Cannot open shared library libasound_module_conf_pulse.so

However, I still see versions of it:

$ file /usr/lib32/alsa-lib/libasound_module_conf_pulse.so
/usr/lib32/alsa-lib/libasound_module_conf_pulse.so: ELF 32-bit LSB shared object, Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, stripped

$ file /usr/lib/alsa-lib/libasound_module_conf_pulse.so
/usr/lib/alsa-lib/libasound_module_conf_pulse.so: ELF 64-bit LSB shared object, x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, stripped

So I'm not really sure what changed.

Rolling back ia32-libs to ia32-libs_20090808ubuntu4_amd64.deb
makes flash sound work again.
