tour breaks if you not follow the path

if you don't use the "dostep" >> function, but you choose to do the tour by yourself it breaks.
For example:
tour 1: add a folder
Step 2:
skip the title
enter a description writing directly into the field
save it, clicking the button

the pb is the fact that you don't check the step when directly press the button, but only on the >> link.

we could do a check when:
 - you submit the form
or
 - before leaving the page

Now we check that all micro-step required are completed.
We perform the check when we submit a form but not when we leave a page.
