Logout screen is redundant and bad grammar

Bug Description: You can see the same text repeated twice on the logout page, and the word 'in' should be added to "logged to"
OS: Lucid
Browser: FF for Pay
Problem URL: +logout
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Go to the test consumer
2. Start a session by hitting 'Begin'
3. Once it prompts you to sign in, click logout/cancel
4. The screen that is attached to this defect should appear with it redundant text and poor grammar

Expected Result: Should have no redundant text and grammar correct

When you logout from the RP which is known to SSO then you'll getting one additional link. It looks like that: http://ubuntuone.com/p/HjD/ (in that case there's no list of previously accessed sites).

Try this as a replacement body text.

You have just logged out of the single sign-on (SSO) website, however, you may still be logged into other sites that use SSO. You can see a [[list of sites]] that you have logged into from your account page.

[[list of sites]] should link to their account page so they can view the list. I think the message makes it clear they've logged out and that it follows logically that they'll have to log back in to see the list.

Forgive me, I looked at the wrong screenshot and my text was not appropriate.

You are now logged out of the Ubuntu Single Sign On (SSO) website. However, you have not been automatically logged you out of every website that uses this SSO website.
