The Rename Feature doesn't clear the text box

Bug Description
To see this bug you must have at least 2 lists.
Rename one list and save.
Switch to the other list
Click rename
Notice the name you just used to rename the other list is still populating the Rename textBox

Dialogs only get created once. The code was presuming the dialog gets created each click.
