Bug Description

When we proceed to make payment for a ticket, there is an advance checkbox that shows in a many2one field all the services products.

I think that this is suppose to be an easy way for adding "services" costs associated to a product and charge for them to the customer. I would add that to the sale as a single order line, I don't understand very well why it's done this way.

Anyway:
- When I add one, instead of adding that price to the customer is decreasing the price.
- Once added, when we make payment, there's mandatory to "provide an account for the product: Service Product". We don't know where we should provide that info.

Maybe we are missing something here...

Best regards.

Hello Carlos,

When you are paying in advance you need it to be deducted from the total amount paid by you. So the same scenario appears here. So it's not a bug it is a usual process.

The Error Message that you have mentioned regarding account is due to the Account that is not found in the product. You need to provide an "Income Account" in the product. When you'll provide that account it will not raise the error.

Hope it will help you.

Ok, understood. I think the term "Advance" has confused me, because I thought it was like "extra" options, not related to an early payment.

Anyway, I don't see this feature at all. "Income Account" in product it's not mandatory at all for making payments (at least in Spain), and it's not very usual to have a POS sale paid and not registered in the ERP.

But, as I say, totally understood.

Thank you very much for your time.
