Songs not downloading but available via the web

I was asked to open a new bug for the same symptoms as this bug:

I am on 10.4 (Lucid) with all current updates.

I purchased my first album from the Ubuntu One Music Store today, which included creating my Ubuntu One account. The audio files made in to the server (ie., I could see and download them via the web), but did not sync to my "~/.ubuntuone/Purchased from Ubuntu One" directory until I used the workaround described in 571548.

I will be glad to provide whatever doc I can; just let me know what you need.
