Bug Description
The following messages seem to be in the debian-installer template but they don't get loaded during installation and appear always in English:
* "Starting up the partitioner"
* "Scanning disks..."
* "Detecting file systems..."
* "Formatting swap space in partition #5 of Virtual disk 1 (vda)..."
* "Creating ext4 file system for / in partition #1 of Virtual disk 1 (vda)..."
According to the original bug report in bug 644736, they were translated upstream as well in Danish, the language for which this was observed.

I think this must be ubiquity-specific.
