Bug Description

Binary package hint: xchat

Steps to reproduce this:

1) Open xchat
2) Connect to Freenode server
3) Enter to #ubuntu-bugs-announce
4) Check list of channels, when exceeded (I suppose) lenght in the name is completed with dots.
