GTK+ GUI element graphical style disbalance in various other GUI elements

Hello.

Recently run in several problems of Pidgin, so had to focus on this software. Recently, very accidentally, found out issue that can be best described by attached image. To see this bug, Zoom to 200 - 300% in the top-left corner - between Tabs page and Tab itself. You will see that there are color mismatch and also - the Tab itself has got no bright 1x1px size line, but Tabs Page has got such ( inner-) line.
