Bug Description
Update-manager does not work at all under proxy. That was verified on Ubuntu 10.10 beta.
Installed version: 1:0.142.13
That used to work under Ubuntu 10.04. Getting the Synaptic proxy setting. Now it gets neither system settings or Synaptic settings.
Seens that update-manage ignore proxy at all.
