Bug Description
Binary package hint: compiz
On any window, you can right-click on the top bar and enable "always on top". Thus, if you click on another window, this one stays "on top".
But if you open a popup/dialogbox depending of the "always on top" window, you lose totally the "always on top" behaviour, even after closing the popup.
Example:
1. Open gedit.
2. Enable "always on top" for this window.
3. Check it works.
4. Open "Edit > Preferences"
5. Check "always on top" doesn't work anymore.
6. Close the popup.
7. Check it still doesn't work.

Reproducible up to step 5. When I close the preferences window, Always on Top is still working. Not while it's open, though
