OpenWRT instructions

The OpenWRT instructions in the manual are outdated. They should tested again and documented better.

In my opinion, our documentation regarding OpenWRT should be limited to telling HIPL users where they can get binaries for OpenWRT for a limited set of architectures (namely the ones we are using in this project). Additionally, we need to provide information on how to compile HIPL for OpenWRT for those users that need different architectures and for developers who want to build from source. In either case, I would assume that the OpenWRT tree is already configured for the respective architecture (a reference to an OpenWRT page wouldn't hurt though).

In order to achieve the above, we have to improve the packaging for OpenWRT to include all dependencies (Samuel is currently doing that) and publish a package repository based on that. Compiling HIPL for OpenWRT should be no more effort than running a script that we provide in our source tree (it's already there, but need some attention).

The rest of the binary packages are also there.

We can remove OpenWRT packaging from the manual altogether and mention it in HACKING. That is, assuming building it is as simple as running a script.
