Virtualbox OSE virtual machine terminates with exit code 1

Virtualbox OSE reports the virtual machine has terminated unexpectedly with exit code 1 upon attempting to start a virtual machine. The following details are reported:

Kernel driver not installed (rc=-1908)
Please install the virtualbox-ose-dkms package and execute 'modprobe vboxdrv' as root.

The latest version of virutalbox-ose-dkms is installed. After attempting to execute 'modprobe vboxdrv' as root the package is not recognised by terminal

Sorry but I can´t reproduce it. For me works: sudo modprobe vboxdrv

I've tried again and got this
