Bug Description

Currently log files only show each subscription's ID, which is a bit of information you usually don't have for a subscription. When debugging an issue you usually have the subscription user, the application it was created for, the approximate timestamp and possibly the state it ended up in.

We should add a log each time a subscription is created stating the username and application name it's being created for, to be able to match debugging information with the available information we have.
