Bug Description
Currently log files only show each subscription's ID, which is a bit of information you usually don't have for a subscription. When debugging an issue you usually have the subscription user, the application it was created for, the approximate timestamp and possibly the state it ended up in.
We should add a log each time a subscription is created stating the username and application name it's being created for, to be able to match debugging information with the available information we have.

Anthony one for you I'm assuming this is fixed but I don't want to clear it off incase.
