Apologies, apache2-mpm-itk is now part of the Apache source package. I'm currently wondering if this issues will solve itself following a "sudo apt-get update". Please can you try, and report back. Thanks :)

The apache2-mpm-itk is not part of apache2 in Hardy. Updating was my first try. Just tried again, but no change:

The correct package for Hardy is apache2-mpm-itk, not apache2?!

Updated apache2-mpm-itk packages are currently building for hardy and jaunty and will be released soon.
