Bug Description
Binary package hint: grub2
Delighted to see the upgrade and that it downloaded as I have been having problems with down loading updates recently,
culminating in my attempting to re-install Grub2. Not something I particularly want to do.
Completing program downloads or removing does seem to produce difficulties.
System - twin hard drives Xp on primary 40gig Ubuntu on new drive 80gig. Ubuntu loaded using 10.04 LTS - the Lucid Lynx desktop live CD, but I suspected the grub loader may have been put on the old drive.
With this update I have installed to all drives as a belt-n-bracer's approach and am much happier with that.
All this may have absolutely nothing to do with the current 'package linux-headers' failure to install issue.
Problems like this in no way put me off using Ubuntu.
Best people, great OS
