Bug Description
Starting from mesa 7.9 the r300g gallium driver is more stable than the classic r300 driver, and it also support OpenGL 2.1 (1.5 with classic r300).
It would be nice to provide both driver r300c_dri.so, r300g_dri.so and make a symlink r300_dri.so to one of the two (for safe, r300c_dri.so). A user that want to use the other driver should only change the symlink.
The same could be done for r600g and swrastg (this one already available on libgl1-
