Bug Description

Binary package hint: yelp

Ubuntu version : Ubuntu maverick (development branch) Release: 10.10

Please see attached screendump. I select menu item System -> About Ubuntu and get the resulting screen. Encoding of text looks strange.
Same goes for calling System -> Help and Support
