Bug Description
I have two layouts configured: German (no dead keys) and US.
The layout keeps chaning once or twice every second, making it really hard to type. On the locked screen I can see the layout indicator changing that often.
This makes it almost impossible to interact with the system
I'm on 10.10 beta.
