Bug Description

Binary package hint: ia32-libs

for Lucid 64bits, ia32-libs includes libXm.so version 2 from lesstif libs. This level (v2) not enough to run Citrix ICAClient.
If ia32-libs included libraries from libmotif3, that would ease ICA installs. Note libmotif3 is included in Lucid, but for 32bits only.

This would be simple to do, but ia32-libs is a universe package and libmotif3 is a multiverse package, and I'm not sure if that's kosher

Yeah, unfortunately ia32-libs needs to be universe only. If libmotif can be made properly multiarch aware, however, it will be accessible in 32 bit mode on 64 bit (likely won't happen till Oneiric)
