Bug Description
Usually I use vinyl control records to control mp3s, but sometimes I might want to just play a record. It should be possible to create a midi pushbutton that routes the mixxx input devices directly through the EQ and mixer code instead of to the vinyl control code. (Many hardware mixers have switches to do this, but this would allow playback of vinyl without a hardware mixer at all!)
Tasks:
* create a UI element for toggling vinyl direct-out mode
* find the place in the sound processing where samples are requested by the engine
* route the vinyl inputs directly into the engine
* override the mp3 playback so that tracks loaded in players are stopped and ignored
* perhaps dim the waveform and waveform overview when in direct mode? Some UI indication will be needed

This is on my todo list, right after polish of external mixing (which has the infrastructure for this). If EMM gets in 1.9, this may be a 1.10 feature (Albert?).
This bug is probably a dupe of #643882.
