Bug Description

After the screen has been turned off either manually or automatically, any switch event from the tekla shield should turn it back on. Furthermore, the screen should also be automatically unlocked, since we can't assume users will be able to unlock it manually.

The motorola cradles actually do both automatically when a milestone (droid) phone is snapped on to them, so there should be a programmatic way to do this (it probably has to do with firing up a Launcher call/intent).
