We need more information, please... Which release of Ubuntu? Which package fails to install? Due to which dependency?

I am on Ubuntu 10.04 I tried to install gnome-shell but it would not install because of a problem in libgjs0 I tried installing the single package but that fails due to xulrunner-1.9.2 not being installed. The problem is it is already installed and cannot find any newer version of the package either
