"Pause all ,Start all option in the menu"

It is better if we have puase all,and start all menu items along with "show download manager","Add download",and "Quit"

I think, instead of these having different separate menu items, it would be more elegant and simpler if we can select multiple downloads, and changed their status. For example, to pause all downloads, just press Ctrl+A to select all and pause.

This is really useful. Let's say, you are downloading a lot of files (movies) and want to pause some of them. Right now, we need to repetitively select each file and pause it. It will save a lot of time if we can select the files we want to pause first and press 'pause'.

But, one problem of allowing multiple selection is URL addresses and Download Location at status panel cannot be displayed anymore.

one way to improve this by simple clickign on the tray icon will give us the name of file currently been downloading or set pause. Resuming/pausing/aborting directly from the tray icon would be really time saver..
