Filter Downloads using their status

Downloads should be filterable using their status (Downloading, Paused ...).
I have a simple raw working version for this in my branch.

Without seeing your UI changes, I think the best way to handle this right now would be to bind a new menu with radio menu items to the search icon on the left of the filter text box. Unless you have another idea?

Actually, I just binded a new submenu, with radio menu items, in the application menu for UI.

Hmm. After looking at your branch, I'd prefer if you made separate branches/patches for different changes. As it stands, for example, your branch contains bugfixes mixed with things I'm not sure I'd want to merge at this point (I haven't looked at the properties dialog yet, but I'm wary about UI changes, especially adding new windows).

Sorry, but I think you can use specific revision in bzr using -r, right? I don't have any ui changes until Revision 109.

If multiples selection is enabled, the url and download loaction cannot be displayed anymore in statuspanel. So, we need provide a way to view them. I think adding properties dialog is the best way. Besides, I think we are going to need it, later when we have more options.

But, it is really ok if you don't want to merge. ;)
