Incoming emails should not be re-wrapped

Bug Description

Bugs reports received by plain/text email are forwarded out again by email verbatium, but re-wrapped for display on the web-interface. The line-wrap length should be raised to the full 80-characters per line, so that lines between 76-80 characters in length are not reformatted with the last word being moved to the next line.

Paul, can you link to an example where this happens? It should be an easy thing to fix.
