Bug Description
Binary package hint: xorg
System > Administration > Hardware drivers - choose Nvidia 173 (trying current now)
Modes provided 320x240 and 640x480
ran nvidia-xconfig and rebooted, monitor says out of range.
Hooked up CRT in place of AOC LM760
Rebooted and then banged ESC in the dark (grub menu never appears) and got in with workable resolution 1024x768
Changed > HorizSync 30.0 - 110.0
> VertRefresh 50.0 - 150.0
to appropriate values
Next I'll try a reboot.
How does one add a monitor so that it detects correctly?
