Error Updating System - aptdaemon

I'm with the 10.10 Beta and upgrade the system, a message to check my internet connection. After I click "Check" and a fatal error occurs below:

LockFailedException: Failed to lock /var/lib/apt/lists/lock

After you click "close" the window of the error, I can no longer do the update because it tells me to check the internet connection, and it is normal.
