Bug Description

Binary package hint: empathy

I decided to try Empathy again after installing Ubuntu 10.10 beta from scratch. Provided my MSN account details, found out it's still awful, but when I switched back to Pidgin I found it had unblocked all my previously blocked contacts.

Thanks for your bug report and helping to make Ubuntu better. Could you please provide us with steps that will exactly reproduce the situation you are in.

I apologise. I've tried reproducing with a test account on MSN Messenger but have not been able to. I'm still sure that it did it but I don't want to it to break my main MSN account again.
