ipheth-dkms crash on install

Installing the package ipheth-dkms version 1.0-1build1 installed on ubuntu maverick beta crash with the following error:

Error! Bad return status for module build on kernel: 2.6.35-22-generic (i686)
Consult the make.log in the build directory
/var/lib/dkms/ipheth/1.0/build/ for more information.

It produces an error during dkms module compilation against 2.6.35-22 kernel.

The maverick installation is a vanilla one, with just the universe and partners repository enabled
