Stack with dir backend and trasher UI doesn't delete

Bug Description
I have a stack on my dock with a directory backend and a trasher UI. When I click the "Delete" button on the bottom of the trasher UI, nothing is deleted and a dialog saying "Deleting" is thrown up.
To delete the contents of the dir, I have to manually open it and delete file(s).

For future reference, the stacks applet is part of the Awn Extras project. Any further bugs you find with this applet should be reported in the Awn Extras bug tracker.
With regards to your problem, the trasher UI was removed from Awn Extras due to the maintainer leaving and the code stagnating for several release cycles. An alternative applet that you can use for trash is called "Garbage".
