Font changes to the number code when using help

Bug Description

Binary package hint: yelp

Once after opening 'help' most it's text in menus became numbers. After some days, when computer was turned off (and turned on, of course) several times, the problem still exists. I'll attach the screenshot. (Everywhere else everything is OK with font).
