Workspaces, Files & Folders and Applications should never have running indicators

Bug Description
A small and low priority design issue.
I believe that running status indicators (small triangles) should never appear for Workspaces, Files & Folders and Applications since they are not regular applications and are supposed to be always there.
Otherwise it may confuse users especially because there's no way to close them.

The arrow to show focus should appear when one is in one of these
Places, but the "running" indicator should never appear.
