Bug Description

the error and the error notices are pretty much the same as towards the endof this text.. I need to solve this mystery to install anything... I am an American living in Rome Italy.. I am on a dial up modem just to make it all the more interesting. I am waiting for hours to download and install things only to have them fail in the end. Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks

lsb-rpm lintian
