The terminal is enabled only for local file (because I can't cd sftp://, cd smb://,.....)
So what you propose ?
a terminal opened on /home/$USER/ for non local and virtual directories ? :)

Well, there is no need to cd to determine path and therefore enabling terminal.
What relays specially on samba, I would suggest to search or contact samba devs through freenode or jabber and ask what param is accessible through samba. I am pretty sure they will be pleased to give you detailed spec of available access points to shares ( paths ), which would then allow to perform PostMessage() calls ( I am dev for Win32 on Delphi ( Object-Oriented Pascal ) ) ... pretty Microsoft'ish approach but if Nautilus does not allow direct cd to network path, this is the way you could try ...

Best hopes, Linards.

P.S. Thanks for so easy translatable strings :D
