Tooltip for "Configure project branch" confusingly mentions "series"

Bug Description
Take a look at https:/
You'll notice that it says "Set the branch for this series". The tooltips for the other links are "Specify where bugs are tracked for this project" and so forth. The branch tooltip should not mention series, and ideally have some much friendlier text, along the lines of "Specify where this project's code lives".
