Bug Description
The canonical.foaf package contains a single module called "nickname". This was code used to generate person names, shared by the person creation code in IPersonSet and the authserver.
Now that Salgado has killed off the unused person creation API in the authserver, the code only has a single user. It may as well get folded into canonical.
