The two brightness fn keys are inverted

Bug Description

The brightness function keys are doing the opposite function, fn+F7 increase the brightness and fn+F8 decrease the brightness

Machine: HP dv6-2170ee
Running: Linux 2.6.35-22-generic #32-Ubuntu SMP x86_64 GNU/Linux
using 3D-accelerated proprietary graphics driver for NVIDIA cards.

and run in a terminal this command

For the udev side, can you please follow the "Fixing broken keys" section in /usr/share/doc/udev/README.keymap.txt.gz and give me the keymap -i output for these two keys? Thanks!
