Bug Description
When rolling your own metadata, only album_recordings appears in "collection" field and there is no field for subcollection. Need to be able to manually add "subcollection" (ie recycled records).

Revised BiblioForms.inc to let the canned subcollections show up in the end product.
This is done in revision 30862 (svn).
