Half-built roads will crash the tutorial

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start the tutorial
2. Click "OK" on the two first dialogs.
3. Start building a road from your headquarters. Important! Do not finish this road.
4. Press "space" to show build help.
5. Click "OK" on the next two dialogs.
6. Watch the AI trying to build a lumberjack.

Result: Due to the unfinished road, the game will crash, printing this message in the terminal:
"PANIC: unprotected error in call to Lua API ([string "map:init"]:379: attempt to index field 'field_action' (a nil value))"

Other ways to reproduce: This will also happen if you either plant a flag or try to build a building. While you will be shown the "am I too hasty" dialog, when the dialog is closed, you are still in "road-building-mode", and the game will crash when the AI try to place the lumberjack.

Reproducible with Widelands bzr rev 5514 on Ubuntu 10.04

Fixed in trunk revision 5517. I would be most thankful for further testdriving of the tutorial!
