Bug Description
As the debian package maintainer hasn't done any updates in almost a year, the ogg theora package(s) in Ubuntu are also outdated. Please upgrade to 1.0alpha5. At the same time, please enable the compilation of libtheora-bin package, which is needed for encoding Ogg Theora content and was disabled because sarge was upcoming and build queues were long.
The new version has at least important encoding bug fixes. It might also be that beta1 could be out in time for dapper, so please keep an eye on it.

Ok, I've updated it to alpha5...
But I haven't enabled libtheora-bin as I wanted to prevent conflicts with Debian later when they decide to enable it with another package name and don't think it is too useful anyway... If you disagree please tell me and I'll enable it later
