Binary package hint: kdegraphics
As the summary says. This happens if the okular window has been maximised befor closing it.
Edit: Not sure if this is relevant: this is happening in GNOME. The kde version reported by the about box is 4.4.2.

Thanks for reporting this bug! Your bug seems to be a problem with the /bugs.kde. org, so that the KDE developers can deal with this
KDE program itself, and not with our KDE packages. While we appreciate
your issue, it would be better if it was tracked at
https:/
speedily and have direct communication with you as the reporter for more
effective debugging.
Also, please install KDE 4.4.5 from https:/ /edge.launchpad .net/~kubuntu- ppa/+archive/ ppa and see if it happends with that version too before reporting the bug in the KDE bugtracker.
