okular opens in fullscreen mode and forgets toolbar settings if it had been maximised

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdegraphics

As the summary says. This happens if the okular window has been maximised befor closing it.

Edit: Not sure if this is relevant: this is happening in GNOME. The kde version reported by the about box is 4.4.2.

Thanks for reporting this bug! Your bug seems to be a problem with the
KDE program itself, and not with our KDE packages. While we appreciate
your issue, it would be better if it was tracked at
https://bugs.kde.org, so that the KDE developers can deal with this
speedily and have direct communication with you as the reporter for more
effective debugging.

Also, please install KDE 4.4.5 from https://edge.launchpad.net/~kubuntu-ppa/+archive/ppa and see if it happends with that version too before reporting the bug in the KDE bugtracker.
