Keabord shortcut can't be set to ctrl-y with czech keyboard

When I set keyboard shortcut for "move to desktop" or "move window to desktop" to ctrl-y or ctrl-alt-y in "keyboard shortcuts", the shortcut is not working after reboot. I am using Czech keyboard.

It should be pointed out, that on Czech keyboard are swapped "Z" and "Y" keys (same as on German keyboard).

Yes, it is still not working on today updated Maverick. I forgot to write one important fact: it is not working only with effects switched off.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Oneiric Ocelot.
