[trunk] confusing handling of partner contact (o2m saves blank record)

First create a new partner contact.
Look at the partner contact section, you will see that you will have "1/1 of 0" contacts.
Leave this all empty, and save the partner entry.
Now edit the just created partner, you will see that you will have "1/1 of 1" contacts.
It seems that a partner contact has been created implicitly.

Another example:

Create a new employee, you will have "1/1 of 0" contacts.
Even if there are no contacts, you can directly enter the address, etc. If you save the partner, the address is saved also.

Last example :

Create a new employee, you will have "1/1 of 0" contacts.
As you think there are 0 contacts, you may press "new". It will show "2/2 of 1" and you will have no way to correct your error (this is already reported in bug 637846
