Bug Description

In many cases, a computer has only one user. Before logging in, you have to press Enter to select your user name, even if you're the only user on the computer. It's not that much of a problem, but it would be nice if that user is automatically selected for login so that you can immediately start to type in your password.

I had this idea for some time but have taken the info from http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/idea/24977/ since it has feedback and votes.

Thanks a lot for reporting this, however since this is not actually a 'flaw' in Ubuntu that negatively impacts the user experience, I am invalidating it as a paper cut. I have however forwarded it upstream as an enhancement request.
