metadata widget should remain hidden if there is no track data

Bug Description
some clients send empty metadata property updates which cause the widget to set itself automatically to visible. This results in the empty album art placeholder and empty track details to be displayed. Looks ugly, easy fix would be to ensure the metadata dbus menuitem does not set itself to visible until its sure its has some valid track data.
