The redshift PPA doesn't contain packages for Maverick yet: /launchpad. net/~jonls/ +archive/ redshift- ppa/+packages>,
<https:/
and I think Launchpad won't accept maverick packages until the official release date, or nearer to the time.
Until then, change the PPA details back to 'lucid' if you are really desperate for software updates! Just remember to change them back afterwards.
